You only need to submit this form if your hook uses a delta flag, has a deployment address starting with 0x91, or targets major token pairs (e.g. ETH <> USDC). All other hooks are automatically allowlisted.

We prioritize audited hooks with differentiated features and existing or potential traction. Upgradable hooks and hooks requiring custom data inputs are not approved. Review times vary based on complexity and volume.
