This form is for hook builders to submit information about their hook to Uniswap Labs to be incorporated into Uniswap Labs' routing. The team will use the submitted information to understand the hook's properties, review the hook's code, and ultimately decide if pools with the hook are eligible for allowlisting in the routing algorithm. This review is solely for routing-compatibility purposes. It is not a security audit or an endorsement of any hook.

You only need to fill in this form if your hook deployment addresses start with 0x91 or your hook uses any of the following flags: beforeSwapReturnsDelta, afterSwapReturnsDelta, or dynamicFees. If your hook meets neither of these criteria, it is already automatically allowlisted and you do not need to fill in this form.

We approve as many hooks as we can, but we prioritize swapper and LPer safety first and always retain sole discretion to reject or later remove a hook submission. To improve the likelihood of your hook being allowlisted, check if it meets the allowlisting criteria. Note that the review process can take time depending on the complexity of the hook and number of submissions we receive.
